Hi! My name is Brent Bates.
I am an experienced Recruiter and Human Resource professional that has worked in multiple industries and with all levels of people, CEO's to manual labor.
I live in the Charlotte, NC area, but service clients across the country via telephone, email, Skype, Google+ video, and in person if possible.
It is my passion to provide clients with one-on-one career coaching to help themselves stand out from the competition in the job market. I directly assist my clients to obtain the position they desire by digging for inside leads and connecting them with the hiring managers, bypassing the competitor candidates that use traditional methods.
